Additionally, I hold certifications in ASIST, De-escalating Potentially Violent Situations and Critical Incident Group De-briefing. I will endeavour to create a safe, secure, empathetic and non-judgmental environment where individuals, couples and families can be open to reveal their vulnerabilities and share their experiences.
